Pink Posies

 

I have been resisting buying the GoPress & Foil machine for some time now but I caved in and purchased one.  I have been experimenting a little and created the background for this card using an embossing folder. It's not perfect but for a first attempt its not too bad. I am entering this card in the Scrapbook Boutique Blog Challenge. I used the pink and gold as my inspiration.

My card for the Scrapbook Boutique challenge this month is once again focusing on the colours in the challenge photo. It is such a pretty colour combo that I decided to make it for a friend who has a birthday coming up.

Shabby Chic

 

 

I made this card for the Scrapbook Boutique July challenge and I really like the way it has turned out. I may make another one similar for my dil birthday in her favourite colours. To give the birdcage added strength I cut it 4 times and glued them all together.

A June Bride

 

June is almost upon us and here in Australia June is a big month for weddings. So, with that in mind I used this image from the "Wedding Day" set available from Imagine That! digis by Kris. I coloured my image with Prismacolor pencils but if you prefer you can use the pre coloured version which also comes in the set.

"Jewel Junebug Buggmee", that's the name of this latest freebie digi from the Lacy Sunshine Challenge Blog.

 

The theme for this challenge was BINGO  - where you had to create by going diagonally, up, down or across. I chose to go down (Ribbon, Die Cut and Card Candi). Actually, I didn't have any Card Candi so I used sequins. To compensate I also used some Glitter (on her wings) and Flowers.

A Bit Sassy

Hi there. This is the card I made for Challenge #7 for the Facebook group - Sassy Studio Designs.  Her name is "Katniss - Girl of Fire Sassy" isn't she beautiful?  She is a free image for all who want to play along in the challenge.
