This card using a stamp from the Tim Holtz "Bird Crazy" set fitted in perfectly with the challenge this month on the Scrapbook Boutique Blog. Love the quirky nature of this stamp set so can see myself using it a lot more in the future.

Merry Christmas Birdies

Another Wednesday has rolled around and it's again my turn to showcase my card for the Imagine That! Challenge and Inspirational Blog.  Aren't these little Christmas birds just adorable. They are available from the Imagine That! store in both coloured and outline versions. For my card I used the outline version and coloured with watercolour pencils.

Don't forget the progressive challenge that is happening as well.  Just use the cute Gertie Goose that you either got free or you can buy at the store for only $1.25 here.  Then jump on in and enter the challenge you will then get the next month's image for free.

So easy

This card came together so quickly. I can sometimes spend hours on a card and still not be happy with it but I am quite happy with how this one turned out. You can't really see from the photo but there is bling on the tree.

Lots of texture

Hello. It has been quite hot here in Brisbane the last couple of days but fortunately we have air-con so we don't suffer too much, try to stay indoors as much as possible. I must admit I prefer the hot weather to the cold.

Anyhow, today's card is another Christmas one with lots of texture.

Christmas Tree

Have been too busy this past week to post anything so will try to get back into the groove.
Today's card uses the same Hero Arts Christmas Tree stamp as was used here , except this time it was stamped with Vesamark and gold embossed. A completely different look using the same stamp.

INSPIRED

This card was inspired by a card I saw on Pinterest and I loved it so much I had to case it. Stamp from Hero Arts, heat embossed in white and coloured with Distress Inks. There is a stamping flaw on the sentiment but I am trying to live with it as I don't know of anything I can do to correct it and I really don't want to scrap the whole card.
